As Chris Peacock, the driving force behind 2beinflow, transitions into a well-deserved retirement, I, Brittany Duncan, will be stepping in to carry forward the work that Chris has passionately dedicated herself to for over a decade.
Chris has been a cornerstone of the neurofeedback community in Ottawa, offering unparalleled support and care to her clients and their families. Her decision to retire marks the end of an era, but it also opens a new chapter filled with exciting opportunity and continuity. Together, we have been working closely to ensure a seamless transition, so that you, our valued clients, will continue to receive the exceptional care that you’ve come to expect.
What This Means for You:
Continued Access to Services: All in-office sessions and rental systems will remain available at the same convenient location at 616 Parkview Road, Unit A in Ottawa, Ontario. The transition will be smooth, with no interruptions in service.
Expanded Insurance Coverage: This partnership not only broadens the scope of accessibility but also ensures that more of you can benefit from these transformative sessions.
Blending Expertise and Innovation: Chris brings a wealth of experience and a veteran spirit to the table, which I deeply respect and aim to honour in this transition. Coupled with my background in psychology, mental health, and neuroscience, I am committed to providing a fresh perspective while maintaining the same high standards of care that you’re accustomed to.
A Message from Chris Peacock:
"For the past year, I have been planning to retire this summer, to celebrate turning 65 and to have more time to focus on my other passions. At the same time, I wanted to ensure that NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback continues to thrive in the Ottawa area. The stars have now aligned to make both those goals happen, and I’m thrilled to announce that Brittany Duncan will be providing NeurOptimal® to you and/or your family moving forward!
Brittany is a delightful, client-focused, and heart-centred professional, with over 6 years of experience in the neurofeedback field. I feel blessed that I’m able to pass on the NeurOptimal® baton to her, and I know that you will feel fully supported by her. Brittany and I are working together over the coming weeks to make the shift of my NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback practice to her as seamless as possible.
